Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role
*You will undertake trusted assessments and feed back to the MDTM panel.
*You will need to participate in the decision-making side, including re-planning further outcomes of assessments then making the patient and fellow family members aware of the process.
*You will need to involve yourself in enquiries for the team from both patients and professionals.
*You must plan and execute relevant work relating to any enquires.
*You must be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and throughout attend medical reviews when and where necessary.

This role is working full time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, 37.5 hours a week. Exclusive of bank holidays.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 4-month contract, due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Registered Professional Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* You must be a car driver.
* You must have knowledge of in-house computer system.
* You must be able to work autonomously.
