Job description
Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Grays. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.
We are looking for a Band 6 CPN’s to work for at least 3 months in Essex working with the Mental Health Service
The pay rate for this Band 6 CPN’s role is up to £26 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.
We are looking to cover a placement for a CPN B6 x 2 with the Older Patient’s Mental Health Team to start ASAP
Mon-Fri 9-5.

Experience and knowledge of working with older adults with Mental Health conditions within the including Alzheimer's and Dementia. Prior experience of working in the community would be essential. Ability to carry out assessment and review of patient’s needs, monitoring of mental well -being and putting effective care plans in place to reduce relapse and hospital admissions
