Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 COPD Matron to fill a full-time role in Abbey Wood, South East London. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of COPD practices within the NHS.

This NHS role will require you to provide specialist input to clients refereed to the COPD Team, you will need to practise within the multidisciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner, ensuring the highest possible standards of practice are continuously delivered. You will work under the guidance of senior staff within the COPD team. Also, you will need to assist in the management of the acute COPD patient to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

This role will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 with the start date of ASAP.

The pay rate for this Band 6 COPD Matron is £24.00 Umbrella per hour.

Requirements for this Band 6 COPD Matron vacancy:
* You must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC.
* Must have experience working with COPD patients
* Must have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
* Must have excellent communication.
