Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 6 Care Coordinator to fill a full-time role in Headington, Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health assessment and treatment.

As part of this NHS Adult Mental Health team, your role will be to provide effective Assessment and Treatment to clients within your caseload. This is a busy team in an urban area, and you will need to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

This role will involve earlies, lates, 9-5 shifts and weekends.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3 month contract due to start ASAP. There will be an uplift up to £35.00 per hour depending on shift worked.

Requirements of this Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:

* Must be a registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC

* Must have previous experience of managing a case load and undertaking risk assessments

* Must be a car driver with a car available for work.
