Maxxima’s nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Amersham. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of providing assessments.

In this NHS role, you will have a caseload who are subject the Care Programme Approach (CPA) framework and you will be expected to carry out interventions to meet their needs and support them to achieve their goals. You will need to motivate them and have excellent communication skills and work well within a multi-disciplinary team. This is a care management role and you will be required to provide assessments to those in your care.

This role is Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 , 37.5 hours a week.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:

• All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.

• All applicants must have community mental health experience.

• All applicants must have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults.

• Must have a full driving licence with access to your own vehcle.
