Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Bexleyheath. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for a Band 6 CPN work for at least 3 months in Bexleyheath working within the Mental Health Service

 

This role is a Band 6 position and will pay up to £27 umbrella rate

 

ROLE: Band 6 CPN

 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm (or 8-4pm, 12-8pm)

Address: Bexleyheath Centre, 4 Emerton Close, Bexleyheath DA6 8DX

 

  • Work as an effective professional in the multidisciplinary intensive home treatment services for older people.
  • Hold responsibilities for a caseload of services users and their carers.
  • Deliver high quality health and social care within the Care Programme Approach framework.
  • Responsibility for assessing individual care needs and the planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans, in line with Oxleas Foundation Trust CPA Policy.
