Job description
Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Borehamwood. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.
We are looking for a Band 6 CPN to work for at least 3 months in Borehamwood working within the Mental Health Service
This role is a Band 6 position and will pay up to £25 umbrella rate
Band 6 CPN
The post-holder will be responsible for the clinical and operational day to day service delivery ensuring that an individualised comprehensive assessment and Care Management service is effectively delivered.
Responsibilities include the clinical and operational supervision of junior nursing staff and students as delegated by the team manager.
To be accountable for delivering a quality services that is effective and efficient in line with the organisation’s objectives and performance indicators.
To contribute to strategic service development working collaboratively with other agencies.
