Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for Band 6 CPN’s to work for at least 3 months in Chelsea, London working within the Mental Health Team.

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 CPN’s role is up to £28 p/h (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive, culturally appropriate, evidence based assessments to establish eligibility for health and social care services and consult/refer to other services when appropriate
  • To care co-ordinate an allocated caseload of service users with complex mental health needs
  • To provide all service users with an adult mental health assessment encompassing health and social care needs in line with Nice Guidelines, The Care Act, Section 117 and other relevant legislation.
  • To undertake continuous Risk Assessment and Risk Management.
