Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Chapel-En-Le-Frith, Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health and the practices within the NHS.
In this NHS role, you will work within the High Peak Crisis Team which is designed to provide safe and effective care in the comfort of the patient’s home, also you will complete caseloads, OT assessments and delivering brief interventions. You will need to signpost around inclusion policies and ensure throughout your time at work they are followed to the highest of standards.
This role is full time, ideally working on a 7 days a week flexible rota. 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) with a start date of ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:
  • All applications must be registered mental health nurses with Valid NMC pin.
  • Must have experience with mental health.
  • Must have experience completing assessments.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must have natural care for others.
  • Must have experience creating interventions.
