Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for a Band 6 CPN’s to work for at least 3 months in High Wycombe working with the Mental Health Service

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 CPN role is up to £24 (Umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

Hours: 37.5 per week: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Address: South Buckinghamshire Community Mental Health Hub, Saffron House, High Wycombe Buckinghamshire, HP11 1NH

 

  • On these WFH days, clinicians may still be required to conduct face to face visits, based on service needs.
  • Any specific requirements can be discussed with managers.
  • The role has been described as follows: Carry out new assessment within the CMHT and care coordinate for patients
  • The following skills have been specified: - previous experience of CMHT. A car driver is essential
