Job description
Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN/CAMHS Practitioners to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Borehamwood. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.
We are looking for a Band 6 CPN/CAMHS Practitioners to work for at least 3 months in Borehamwood working within the Mental Health Service
This role is a Band 6 position and will pay up to £25 umbrella rate.
ROLE: Band 6 CPN/CAMHS Worker x2 vacancies
Key Responsibilities:
To maintain effective joint working with others, developing positive working relationships and clear communications with MDT and other professionals.
Ensure that all relevant information regarding service users care in particular issues of concern re practice and workload are communicated as necessary to the line manager.
To liaise with other professionals in relation to service user care, actively participating in care planning and review meetings and attending case conferences required.
