Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPNs to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Essex. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for Band 6 CPNs to work for at least 3 months in Essex working within the Mental Health Service.

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 CPNs role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

We have a placement for Band 6 CPNs to work within the Dementia Crisis Support Team.

Start date - ASAP

Shift pattern: Full time Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Address: Dementia Crisis Support Team, The Sorrells, Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex, SS17 7ES

 

Duties

  • Assessment of care needs for patients with dementia who present in diverse settings in the community.
  • Responding to crisis of patients in the community and their carers.
  • Assessment of risk and reduce patient needs to access A&E and avoid hospital admissions
