Maxxima’s nursing team are currently searching for a Band 6 Health Visitor to fill a part-time role in Maidstone, Kent. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Health and practices within the NHS.

This role will require you to promote good health and prevent ill health in children, families, and communities. You will be responsible to do this through raising awareness of and identifying unmet health needs and initiating, developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care. Your role will be to manage and prioritise resources/caseload through the assessment and planning of services in order to offer efficient needs-led service.

This role is a 09:00-17:00, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Health Visitor is £22.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 6 Health Visitor vacancy:

• All applicants must be a registered nurse with valid NMC Registration.

• You must have previous experience and be qualified as a Health Visitor.

• You must be a car driver
