Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Heart Failure Specialist Nurse to fill a temporary role in Brent. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of cardiac nursing.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Heart Failure Specialist Nurse, to support the management of patients with cardiac nursing needs. You will work collaboratively within the Primary Care Home project and with our member practices, based in Brent.

In this role, you must be an enthusiastic, highly motivated and compassionate registered nurse who strives to deliver the best care to the service users.

You must have brilliant clinical knowledge and skills, you will need to be able to work in both a team and autonomously and feel confident when having to make decisions.

The role supports an integrated approach to patient care, providing cardiovascular assessment and interventions for patients with needs within the community setting whilst working as a valid multi-disciplinary team member

This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours a week, part time may be considered for the right candidate

The pay rate for this Heart Failure Specialist Nurse is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella), a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Heart Failure Specialist Nurse vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* Must have at least 3 years' experience working within cardiac nursing
* Qualification in Heart Failure or relevant qualification within Cardiology speciality.
* Must have experience working with patients with heart failure conditions.
