Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in the All Age Eating Disorder Service, based in Maidstone, Kent. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills working with people with Eating Disorders.

The team are ideally looking for someone with CAMHS / Adult / Eating Disorders experience who will be able to join this small and friendly team. You will be required to travel between different sites

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Due to start in April for the duration of 3 months.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Nurse is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Nurse vacancy:

  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • You must have a desire to work within a eating disorder service
  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • You must have experience within Eating Disorder teams
