Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team based in Wigan
 
In this NHS role, you will provide specialist assessment working for this 24/7 Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team based in Wigan.
 
Job Function –
  • Biopsychosocial Assessments, formulation and care planning. 
  • Crisis management, short term treatment at home, gatekeeping for admission, hospital at home. 
  • Take part in daily safety Huddles and Daily MDT approach to care
This role will be full time, over 7 days, on a 24 hour rota so night shifts are available.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Nurse vacancy is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), with enhancements for evening and weekend working, due to start in October 2020.
 
Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Nurse vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin – RMN or RGN
  • Advanced and developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • RIO required
  • Experienced in caseload management.
  • The ability to assess, analyse and interpret complex situations and react accordingly.
