Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Pathway Worker to fill a full-time role in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health and the practices within the NHS.
The team are happy to receive applications from nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, creative therapists, counsellors or professionals with extensive clinical experience who has worked with children or adults with learning disabilities.
In this NHS role, you will need to complete clinical outcomes and deliver evidence-based clinical interventions, promote the mental and emotional health of children, young people with learning disabilities and families in the community through the clinical interventions.
You will undertake initial school-based and community-based assessments and deliver a range of early interventions to young people with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties when appropriate. You will also need to asses and develop plans of care to meet the complex needs of patients with a variety of conditions.
This role will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 and is an ongoing role. Part time might be considered for the right applicant.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Pathway Worker is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella).
