Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in the based in the CAIST, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills working within mental health services.
Those interested in the posts must be able work unsupervised, undertaking clinical risk assessment, mental state assessment and provide intensive brief interventions to children and young people at the point of crisis, and be able to support them within their family and social networks, or within a general hospital environment.
Clinical and managerial supervision will be provided, alongside an induction to the working environment.
The West CAIST operates from 8am until 8pm 7 days a week, and therefore weekend shifts should also be expected.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £26.00 per hour (Umbrella) for days, increasing to £35.00 per hour for Sundays and Bank holidays and is due to start in December 2020

  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • You must have experience working within  mental health services
  • You must be able to start this role in December 2020
  • You must be willing to fully registered with our agency
