Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in this CMHT based in Norwich, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working within a community mental health team.
The role will involve administering long acting depot medications to service users living within the community or with in depot clinic environments.

- Preparing depot medications and all clinical equipment require
- Updating service user electronic records will detail clinical intervention and visit
- Driving to service users homes and clinic environments
- Liaising with service users and their carers as well as the multi-disciplinary team and GP’s
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner role is £23.00 per days, due to start as soon as possible.

Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner vacancy;
- You must be a Registered Mental Health with a valid NMC Pin.
- You must have some experience working within a CMHT
- You must be able administer long acting depot medications
- You must be willing to fully registered with our agency
