Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role at the Cauldron Centre in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.

The team’s request is for a number of experienced Mental Health Practitioner’s to work in the Arden Mental Health Acute Team.The AMHAT offers a psychiatric and risk assessment service in acute healthcare settings, like the Accident and Emergency (A&E) department or wards of local hospitals. This ensures timely care and treatment for patients who have acute mental health issues, when they attend physical healthcare settings, like hospital.
 
This role will be full time, working Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:00
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start in January 2021
 
Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • You must have experience as a CPN
  • You must have older adults mental health experience
  • You must be able to manage your own wide caseload
