Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.
We are looking for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work for at least 3 months in Norfolk working with the Mental Health Service.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.
We have a placement for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner with MH experience to work within the Access and Assessment Team at Northgate hospital, Great Yarmouth and Waveney.
Start date - ASAP
Full time, Monday – Friday, 9-5pm
Looking for Band 6 Professionally qualified and registered Nurses.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered mental health practitioner with experience of completing triage and initial assessments.
Further details: Access and Assessment undertake all of the initial assessments for those adults referred into secondary services. Home working is possible as many of the assessments are offered via telephone.
