Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, who is a Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker, to fill a full-time role in the Community Mental Health Service in St Ann’s. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills working within the community.

The team are looking for candidates who have knowledge of CPA approach, Mental Health Act assessments and an ability to manage all aspects of paperwork linked to service user care and treatment, in some cases funding applications are to be managed by the care coordinator for alternative rehab placements in locality or even out of area.

This role will be working full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours a week

The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is to start as soon as possible.

 

Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:

• You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin or Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration

• You must have worked within a CMHT

• You must be able to manage your own wide caseload.
