Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health in young adults.
This role will require you to undertake the planning and delivery of direct patient care with appropriate supervision, you will need to ensure you are able to manage a diverse caseload and the provision of mental health care services to the patients with mental health care needs. You must support and advise to other health care professionals. You will be responsible for accurate mental health clustering of all patients on admission, discharge and at the final stage of review.
This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, but could consider part time hours.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), 2-month contract initially, due to start ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* Must have experience working in a mental health setting.
* Must have experience of working with young adults
* Must have previous delivery group-based intervention experience.
* You must have a general knowledge and interest in mental health.
