Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Primary Care Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in Brent. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health practices within the NHS and primary care.

In this NHS role, you will need to be a highly motivated, innovative compassionate and enthusiastic registered nurse, you must always strive to deliver person-centred care and must have excellent clinical knowledge and skills.

You will work collaboratively within the Primary Care Home project and with our member practices, based in Brent.

You must be able to work autonomously and make your own decisions.

You must be able to use the phone via communication and feel comfortable in face to face situations.

This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours a week.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Primary Care Mental Health Nurse is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella), a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Primary Care Mental Health Nurse vacancy:
*All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
*Must have at least 3 years' experience working in a mental health setting.
*Must have experience working with managing patients with mental health conditions.
