Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a two Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in South West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health and the practices within the NHS.
For this role you must be a qualified Social worker or Community Mental Health Nurse and you will act as a coordinator for a defined caseload of clients.
As this role is working within the Old Age mental health service, you must be experienced in old age psychiatry and community working. You will need to complete CPA risk assessments and care plans.
This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week but would consider part time hours.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

* Must be a Community Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker with relevant registration.
* All applicants must have community mental health experience.
* Must have previous experience working with mental health.
* Must have experience working in an integrated health and social care team.
