Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Rapid Response Senior Nurse to fill a full-time role in Morden, South London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of rapid response and the practices within the NHS.

Your role will be to work in a rapid response service that assesses and monitors patients in their own homes who may otherwise be admitted to hospital. You will be working beside other health care professionals in this multidisciplinary team. You must have experience and sound knowledge of the community to enable you to work autonomously and as part of a team. This role will require you to complete advanced physical assessments and have evidence to support this.

This role is Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (with some flexibility needed), 37.5 hours a week.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Rapid Response Senior Nurse is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Rapid Response Senior Nurse vacancy:
* All applications must be a Registered Nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* Must be able to work in a demanding/fast pace environment.
* You must have experience working in a similar environment.
* Must have knowledge and experience working in the community.
* Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
* You must have good IT skills - ideally Rio trained but this is not essential
