Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses to fill  a full-time role in the CMHT based in Oldham
The pay rate for this Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses role is £24 hour (Umbrella), due to start as soon as possible.

Job Summary 
The purpose of this post is to work as part of the  multi-disciplinary team in: Community Mental Health Team carrying out full risk assessment, mental, physical health and care act assessments and CPA assessments/risk formulation management plans, identifying clients suitable for the service who meet the criteria for severe and enduring mental illness, to provide assessment, short term intervention and longer term care coordination intervention, as required and  to refer on to relevant services clients who do not meet the criteria for CMHT.
In line with currently identified best practice within CMHT/CPA work and to play an active role in service development supporting the team.
