Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in this community mental health service based at Hayes End, UB4 8EW
The team are offering an initial 3 month contract for the successful applicant, and we guarantee 37.5 hours per week.
Within the role you will be expected to manage a caseload of up to 30 cases.
You must have skills and show competency of enhanced risk management plans and care planning to support our service users. You will be a senior member of the team, and help provide a range of evidence based interventions to help promote mental wellbeing. You will work within the MDT, attend and contribute in MDT and Zoning meetings and provide holistic care.
In addition you will also be expected to do Duty work supported by Duty Senior.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start in December 2020

  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • You must be able to start this role in December 2020 or early Jan 2021
  • You must be willing to fully registered with our agency
