Job description
Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 RMN/CPN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Colchester, Essex. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.
We are looking for Band 6 RMN/CPN’s to work for at least 2 months in Essex working with the Mental Health Service.
The pay rate for this Band 6 RMN/CPN’s role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Job description:
Assessment of People with dementia in their own homes. The post holder carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients with dementia (or suspected dementia) who are within their own home a care home, nursing home or present within Colchester Hospital or within in EPUT.
