Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in the West Specialist Dementia Frailty Service based in Epping . The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.

In this NHS role, you will be a care coordinator for a caseload of 25 clients who are under the care of the West Specialist Dementia Frailty Service.

This role will be full time, working Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:00.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse £24.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to last at least the next 5 months.

Requirements of this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:

• You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.

• You must have experience as a CPN.

• You must have Dementia experience

Car Driver

• Excellent communication skills

• IT literate

• Experience of CHC/ commissioning processes.
