Job description

Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 RMN to fill a full time role in Uxbridge, North West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health in primary care.

You will be working as part of the primary care mental health team and also as part of the care connecting team, providing effective day to day mental health care. Your role will be to manage clients, provide a pathway for assessment and case management. The aim is to prevent the escalation of service users health and/or social care needs thereby reducing the risk of emergency hospital admissions. You will offer short-term recovery focused mental health interventions to support the service.

The pay rate for this Band 6 RMN role is £25.00 Umbrella PH. The role is starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for a period of initially 12 weeks.

Requirements of this Band 6 RMN vacancy:
  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
  • You must have Experience of working with mental health in primary care
  • You must have experience of short-term recovery focused mental health interventions
  • You must have experience manage a caseload
  • You must be available to start ASAP for a period of 12 weeks
