Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 RMN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for a Band 6 RMN’s to work for at least 3 months in Essex working with the Mental Health Service.

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 RMN’s role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

We are looking to cover the below placement for 2 x RMN/CPN’s to start ASAP for 12 weeks Mon-Fri 9-5.

 

Mid Dementia & Frailty Pathway

The Crystal Centre

Puddingwood Lane

Chelmsford

Essex

CM1 7LF

 

To be able to manage a caseload patients, older adult functional.

Ensure documentation on to clinical system

Attend MDT's / handover, team related meetings

act as a care coordinator /keyworker

To be able to assess and risk assess

report incidents appropriately

to be able to manage/ investigate safeguarding and close

Work as part of the team.
