Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.


We are looking for a Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner to work for at least 3 months in Norfolk working within the Mental Health Service.


The pay rate for this Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner’s role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.


We have a placement for a Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner with MH experience to work within the South Community Mental Health Team



Start date - ASAP                 

Shift pattern: Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm (part-time considered)


Address: Gateway House, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0WF


Duties: Post holders will carry a caseload. The post will involve seeing service users in their own homes and clinic settings.  If the post holder is from a Registered Nursing background this could include administering depots.


The post holder would ideally have previous experience of community mental health or have worked for the trust and working knowledge of Lorenzo and be a registered practitioner.
