Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Ashton-under-Lyne. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health and practices within the NHS.
 
In this NHS role, you will support triage meaning following up on missing information from referrals. You will take calls from clients who are open to a clinician or on a treatment waiting list, advise team members about treatment pathways/local service provision. You will need to respond to queries from outside agencies and partners in secondary care and support admin in times of staff shortages, for example, canceling appointments for sick colleagues. 
 
This role is from 09:00-17:00.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:
  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
  • Must have experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Must have a high level of admin skills.
