Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking several Band 6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to fill full-time positions across Mid-Mersey boroughs in including Halton, Knowsley, St Helens, and Warrington, Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Senior Nurse Practitioner.
The days for this role will be Adult Team 08:00-20:00 day shift and 20:00-08:00 night shift, 7 days a week, or Children’s Team – in St Helens Only- 08:00-16:00 or 16:00-00:00 shifts 7 days a week.
This NHS role will require you to joint the assessment/Home Treatment team supporting current staffing resources. You will mainly be completing the new crisis line function in which training will be provided. You will need to listen with empathy and support any service user through a crisis.
The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Senior Nurse Practitioner job is £24.00-£35.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is to start the end of August for 4 months initially.
Requirements of the Band 6 Senior Nurse Practitioner Specialist role:
  • You must be a Registered General Nurse with a Valid NMC Pin.
  • You must have experience as a Senior Nurse Practitioner.
  • You must have high-quality assessment skills.
  • You must have high documentation skills.
  • You must have experience working with adults/children depending on the team.
