Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Single Point of Access Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Ealing, West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Crisis Care within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will be involved in the on-going development of services, you will ensure that the most relevant care pathway and care plans are devised to provide access to urgent and crisis care. You will promote and use evidence-based practice through the provision of clinical advice and support.

Your role will also be to provide training and education where appropriate and you will work within a 24-hour, 7 day a week rota system ensuring that a comprehensive service is provided to all patients.

This role working on a shift basis, covering long days, nights and day shifts, the rota to be confirmed in advance.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Single Point of Access Practitioner starts at £25.00 per hour, rising to £35.00 per hour depending on the shift worked (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Single Point of Access Practitioner vacancy:
* Must be a registered mental health nurse with a vailed NMC pin.
* All applicants must have experience working with other professions within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Must have previous experience working with mental health.
* You must have the availability to work a shift rota covering 7 days a week 365 days a year.
* You must have experience with assessing and completing assessments.
