Job description

Maxxima’s Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 CAMHS ADHD Specialist Nurse to fill a full-time role in Welwyn Garden City and Hoddesdon. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of CAMHS ADHD community practices within the NHS.
 
This NHS role would require you to provide initial assessments and treatments to the patients. You will triage referrals, and work with the multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for assessing and delivering intervention to children and adolescents predominately with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and related conditions.
 
The hours for this role will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
 
The pay rate for this locum Band 6/7 CAMHS ADHD Specialist Nurse job is £24.00-28.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full-time ongoing contract, due to start asap.
 
Requirements and details of this Band 6/7 CAMHS ADHD Specialist Nurse vacancy:
  • You must be a registered mental health nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • You must have previous experience working within CAMHS and ADHD
  • You must have care coordinator experience.
  • You must have previous experience working within the community
