Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 Community Matron to fill a full-time role in Battersea, South West London. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of community nursing practices within the NHS.

This Matron role will require you to have a strong focus on providing quality improvement and having high standard of safeguarding for the patients. You will need to led transformation projects across several homes for the patients you are carrying for. You must have a full understanding of key pathways for the patients that are living with palliative and dementia and provide the best care and support. You must feel confident in managing a diverse caseload and working closely with MDT.

This role will be working across 3 days per week starting ASAP for 3 months.

The pay rate for this Matron is £26.00-£28.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 6/7 Community Matron vacancy:
* All applicants must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC.
* Must have experience as a district nurse and team leader
* Must be able to work the system EMIS.
* You must have a driving licence and own a car for use of work.
