Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 Community Nurse – Rapid Response to fill a full-time role based in Edgware, Middlesex. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Community Nurse.

This NHS role will require you to be an experienced nurse with sound clinical knowledge and proven experience community environments. You will need to be adaptable to operate in a fast moving environment and have the clinical skills and ability to function as a lone worker in a larger team. You must have extended nursing skills such as Intravenous Cannulation and Intravenous Drug administration, Physical assessment skills, auscultation, ENP and have evidence to support this.

This role will be shift work and will include late nights as the service is open 08:00-22:00 7 days a week. You will need to work 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00

The pay rate for this Band 6/7 Community Nurse is £24.00-£28.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6/7 Community Nurse vacancy:

• You must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC Pin

• You must have experience working in the community.

• You must have clear clinical knowledge.

• You must be able to use System 1.

• You must be a car driver.
