Band 6/7 Physiotherapist - Birmingham – Falls Prevention Service
Location: West Midlands
Job Type: Temporary/Part-time

Maxxima are currently recruiting for a band 6 physiotherapist to fill a community physiotherapy role in Birmimgham.
The successful candidate will be working for community team in the falls prevention service, visiting patients at their homes in the area of Birmingham.
List of duties:
You will be working 15 hours per week and must be able to work Friday.
The pay rate for this physiotherapist role is £22-30 per hour (umbrella equivalent) dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will be working for community team in the falls prevention service, visiting patients at their homes in the area of Birmingham.
List of duties:
- The post holder will act as an experienced practitioner for Physiotherapy within the Adults and Community Division.
- The post holder will ensure access to urgent and routine Physiotherapy assessment and intervention provide and monitor treatment programmes at home and ensure safe discharge or referral on to other services as appropriate. They will work in partnership with patients, carers and other health and social care agencies to promote independence and develop individual plans of care relevant to patient need.
- The post holder will be expected to work jointly with other disciplines

- HCPC registered
- NHS experience
- Community experience
- Car driver essential
