Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a number of Band 6/7Heart Failure Specialist Nurse to fill a full-time role based in Morden, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a heart failure nurse.
 
This role will require you to have experience in managing heart failure patients and provide high quality care at all times. Preferred if you have experience working in the community.

The pay rate for this Band 6/7 Heart Failure Specialist Nurse role is £25.00-£30.00, this may be but can be negotiable for the right candidate.
 
Requirements of this Band 6/7 Heart Failure Specialist Nurse vacancy:
• You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
• You must have experience in managing heart failure patients.
• Ideally able to use Rio/EMIS but training could be provided if not.
• Ideally a car driver but not essential
