Maxxima is searching for an experienced Paediatric Occuaptional Therapist to join a community paediatric team in Bromely on a 9-month contract to cover maternity leave.


The role:
  • Band 6 or band 7 children's occupational therapist to join our team as a locum to support with maternity cover
  • You will be working with Children aged 0 - 18 and still in full time education. Referred by health professionals, social services, schools, education services
  • The role would be a mix of remote (working from home) and face-to-face working, in school and homes
  • Part-time or full-time hours are available
  • We would be able to adapt the caseload to suit your clinical skills.

The successful candidate will need to be:
  • Experienced with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and social communication difficulties (other specialities will be considered)
  • Able to work across the range of community clinical pathways in children’s occupational therapy
  • Able to assess and provide intervention advice for children with physical and learning disabilities and social communication difficulties
  • Car driver useful but not essential.
