Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 Rapid Response Nurse or Prevention of Admission Nurse to fill a full-time role in South West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Rapid Response within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will provide acute care interventions to patients and work closely with consultants and GPs to support the care of patients in the community. The aim of this service is that patients with acute illnesses will be able to follow a rapid recovery.

This role would be Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00.

The pay rate for this Band 6/7 Rapid Response Nurse or Prevention of Admission Nurse is £24.00-£27.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6/7 Rapid Response Nurse or Prevention of Admission Nurse vacancy:
* Must be a Registered General nurse with valid NMC pin.
* Must have NHS experience.
* Must have Rapid Response or Prevention of Admission Nurse experience.
* Emergency department experience would be desirable.
* Would prefer a car driver.
