Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 Urgent Falls Responder to fill a full-time role based in Leytonstone, East London. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as an Urgent Fall Responder.
 
This NHS role will require you to work urgent response responding to patients experiencing a fall and needing assistance. You will have to complete assessments for prevention and on-going referrals to ensure appropriate care packages are in place.
 
This role will be shift work, 08:00-20:00.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6/7 Urgent Falls Responder is £23.00-£28.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 6/7 Urgent Falls Responder vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • You must have physical assessment skills.
  • You must have interprofessional and organisational work experience.
  • You must have knowledge in community services.
  • You must be a car driver and have access to a car.
