Job description
Maxxima are currently recruiting for a band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to work in West Yorkshire. The candidate will take on the responsibility to look after children with autistic spectrum disorders and social communication disorders.
The caseload will consist of:
Banding: 6
Location: London
Hours: Full time
Duration: ASAP-3 months (with potential for extension)
Essential Skills: Dysphagia

The caseload will consist of:
- Assessment, contribution to diagnosis, multiagency assessment
- Intervention and care planning for therapy
- Contribution to Early Support planning and Education and Health and Care Plans
- Attendance at Early Support and EHCP meetings
- Intervention in pre schools, mainstream schools and home visits and clinic
- Training and support in areas of ASD intervention

- Must be HCPC Registered
- Must have a relevant SLT qualification
- Previous Paediatric experience
- Autistic spectrum disorders experience
- Social communication disorders experience
