Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse to fill a full-time role in an Eating Disorder Service in Barking. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of CAMHS.
 
Your role will be to complete specialist assessments and clinical formulations for children, young people aged 0-18 and their families/careers who are dealing with complex mental health issues, including complex disorders such as eating, anxiety and related problems.
 
This role is a Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00, 37.5 hours a week.
 
The pay rate for this Band 7 CAMHS Nurse role is £35.00 per hour (Umbrella), a 2-month contract due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 7 CAMHS Nurse vacancy:
  • All applications must be registered mental health nurses with Valid NMC pin.
  • All applicants must have CAMHS experience.
  • Must have a clear understanding of Mental Health.
  • Must be able to and feel comfortable working with young people.
  • Must understand and have a general knowledge of disorders.
