Maxxima are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist to fill a full-time role in Barnet. The ideal candidate will have considerable psychological assessment and intervention experience within an NHS CAMHS setting.

In this NHS role you will work as a CAMHS Clinical Specialist in a multi-disciplinary adolescent mental health service. Barnet Adolescent Service is a specialist CAMHS team working with the higher risk and challenging adolescents (13-18) from across the borough of Barnet. This team has a particular focus on deliberate self-harm, those from complex families who may have suffered abuse or trauma, hard to engage adolescents, and those struggling to manage the transition to adulthood.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly and is due to start asap for the duration of 6 months.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Clinical Psychologist role is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 7 Clinical Psychologist vacancy:

  • Must have current HCPC/NMC pin registration
  • Must have previous experience within CAMHS hospital settings
