Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Care Co-ordinator to fill a full-time role in Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of working with adults suffering with mental health.
You will be working as part of the Veterans high intensity network. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new development in veteran crisis care by supporting care navigation and clinical oversight for individuals in crisis or in need of more intensive support. Your role will be to work locally to interface with existing mental health services ensuring veterans pathways are clear and supporting engagement into treatment. As part of your role you will be providing direct treatment.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Care Co-ordinator is £27.00 PH (Umbrella). The role is starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Requirements of this Band 7 Care Co-ordinator vacancy:
  • All applications must be Registered mental health nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • You must have Experience of risk assessment and safety planning
  • You must have a passion for working and providing support for veterans
  • You must have the ability to lead and motivate
  • Car driver with access to car
