Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a couple Band 7 Case Managers to fill a full-time role in South West London or West London. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a case manager.
 
In this NHS role, we are looking for an experience registered nurse who has health care experience at a minimum level of band 6. You will assess and provide care to people with long term conditions and be able to undertake comprehensive health need assessments.
 
This role will be 3 days a week, 09:00-17:00, 22.5 hours a week.
 
The pay rate for this locum Band 7 Case Manager job is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of the Band 7 Case Manager role:
  • You must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • You must have health care experience at a minimum of band 6.
  • You must have knowledge of principles of care for long term conditions, relevant NSFs and other national standards.
  • You must have knowledge of NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • You must have knowledge of Personal Development Planning.
  • You must have knowledge of current health care policy and relevance to the delivery of healthcare services.
  • You must have good problem solving skills and the ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands.
  • You will need experience using System One.
