Job description

Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to fill a full time role based in West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health in children and adolescents
You will be working for the CAMHS and developmental services. Duties will include assessments and interventions for children and families with neuro-development conditions. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychotherapists, family therapists, psychologists, nurses, primary mental health workers, and allied health professionals. CAMHS accepts referrals of children with severe and/or complex emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties for assessment and treatment as appropriate, and also provides consultation to professionals.
The pay rate for this Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist role is £30.00 Umbrella PH.
This role is starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm starting ASAP for 12 months.

Requirements of this Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist vacancy:
  • You will be a registered nurse with valid NMC pin
  • You must have experience working with CAMHS
  • You will have experience working with neuro-development conditions
  • You must be available to start ASAP for a period of 12 months
